| Compétences recherchées :Syncoach is looking for a Chief Technology Officer / Technical Leader. More than just a coworker, we are searching for a future partner to strengthen our board. This mission is a great opportunity to personally take part in an innovative start-up operating in the field of sport. The future partner will be responsible for the development and the deployment of the application. Hi role will include the following tasks: - Asses the technology and infrastructure of the MVP - Participate in the definition and arbitrations related to the product roadmap - Responsible for technology options and engineering - Responsible for the application roadmap and its development - Responsible for the technical infrastructure - Responsible for product quality - Hiring and management of the future IT team - Technological watch, management of innovation Depending on the profile, the position could include: - The development of statistics and sports analysis (statistical analysis, sport physiology) - Integration of artificial intelligence driven analysis - Development of data visualization models We are looking for a person with the following skills: - Engineer with a full-stack experience - Proficient in the computer languages of the current and future application: * Current: PHP, JavaScript (jQuery), MySQL, HTML, CSS * Expected: React.js, React Native / Vue.js / Angular - Expertise in web architectures: design, client (desktop, mobile, app - Android - iOS), cloud, services, api, applications, hosting, cyber security - Experienced in project management for complex products (agile approach or other) - Expertise in automated test methods and tools - Very good analytical and synthetical skills - Ability to lead and manage a team - Independent and entrepreneurial mindset, being proactive and a source of proposals - Good knowledge of sport, a regular practice being a plus - English and French speaker - Motivated and dynamic | Recherche :

Our purpose is to enhance your training capabilities by facilitating the communication between the coach and the athletes. We focus on group trainings and propose a free version of the service so amateur clubs can benefit from it. |
