LES BESOINS
Compétences recherchées :Your role is to be the business partner to the CEO and creative director, as part of which you will report directly to the board of investors. Your duties will include growing our network with industry specialists, maintaining valued customer relationships, and negotiating B2B deals in the fine jewelry industry.


To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate experience in business development strategies and marketing, with relevant previous experience in identifying and capitalising on business opportunities. Experience in the luxury industry is valued, preferably in fine jewelry.


We are looking for someone who is articulate and polished and can establish good long term relationships even remotely. A self-motivated and disciplined approach is essential for this young entrepreneurial business organization. The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key B2B customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.


Part time physical presence will be required in Brussels or Paris, flexible remote working is accepted. Responsibilities include traveling internationally to consolidate deals and develop markets. English language is essential, French and Chinese language a plus.



Responsibilities

· Responsible for business planning and financials of the company.

· Reporting of business growth and financials to the investment committee.

· Develop business and sales across targeted geographies.

· Proactively identify growth opportunities and propose innovative solutions.

· Manage and capitalize B2B prospection.

· Evaluating and improving sales, marketing, and branding strategies.

· Competition monitoring.

· Negotiating and closing business deals that promote sustained revenue.


Qualifications

· Master’s Degree in Business or Marketing, or similar.

· 5+ experience in business and sales in a related industry.

· Advanced knowledge of business development, marketing strategies, and branding.

· Experience in identifying profitable business opportunities and potential clients.

· Exceptional ability to analyze market trends and competitor behavior.

· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

· Previous entrepreneurial experience is valued.

Profil de l’équipe et apports : Pamela's knowledge in jewelry has been built around multiple experiences. Belgian by birth, her story started in London, where she built a solid foundation in industrial design for four years at the University of Kingston. She then perfected her skills in Rome at the Istituto Europeo di Design, where she discovered the subtleties of jewelry, notably through the art of drawing. Paris then allowed her to explore the technical aspects of the workshops with training in the National Federation Haute Ecole de Joaillerie, which refined her manufacturing skills learned from the traditional know-how of great artisans. This has made Pamela Hastry a passionate artist who combines unique skill sets as a gemologist, designer and goldsmith.


In 2013, she founded Morphée Joaillerie. Her interest in the elegance of the arts, design and human nature feeds her creativity and offers a particular sensitivity in the making of her jewelry. Her creations combine style and finesse with a profane knowledge of precious stones and cutting-edge jewelry techniques. Elegance and history are the subjects at the origin of the uniqueness of each piece, conceived to embody the image of the owner.

Description détaillée du projet : Morphée Joaillerie is a French jewelry brand who has been built to stand for high quality and unique designs that “crystallize precious moments”.
It was founded in 2013 by the designer Pamela who is also a goldsmith and gemmologist.

The brand has three domains of expertise; Haute Joaillerie for bespoke and one-of-a-kind pieces, Joaillerie constituted of limited editions, and Prêt-à-Briller which is available for purchase online.

The company is based in Paris, on an appointment-only at the workshop and has a flagship store in Brussels.
