Business Engineer and Sales manager for Europe in the glass industry. Managing hundred of customers through Europe (Key account management and Business devellopment). From small to big (3.4 Million Euros) contract values ordered. Prospection of new customer up to 20 Million contract values.
Travelling through Europe 80% of my time. Based in London until January 2018, then based in Paris

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Responsible for securing profitable business opportunities; developing new and existing accounts; identifying projects, working with the FSL team in the preparation of offers; and leading the presentation of offers to customers.
- Recommending product solutions, linked to customer objectives; developing total value solutions, and identifying competitive advantage to existing & potential customers.
- To build relationships with key customer contacts responsible for the decision making
process; actively listen, probe and identify concerns; to understand customer's business
and speaks their language, to develops credibility, loyalty, trust and commitment.
- To contribute to the development of marketing plans, and strategies, and participate in
regular business reviews.
- To provide customer feedback to the relevant departments within FSL to enable the
company to develop it product and processes to better match client requirements.
- To own commercial management of projects through complete life cycle from concept,
quoting, award, product development, launch, post–production performance, etc.
Responsible for commercial closure on items that are due from the customer.
- To provide proper operational reporting (monthly reports, client visit reports, sales
prospects, business opportunities etc.)
- Supports and adheres to Fives Stein policies, procedures, and operational guidelines. To adhere to the Fives Code of Conduct, and to abide to the business ethics therein defined.
- Maintain working knowledge of safety policies and regulations to ensure duties of self and others are performed in a safe manner.
- Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Arts et Metiers ParisTech Engineering degree (Master)
Edhec Business School, Key Account Marketing Specialisation
Master of Science in Aerospace propulsion from Cranfield University (MSc), Thesis developped with The NASA on CNG, LNG and LH2.

Je voyage 80% de mon temps en Europe, je recherche un projet dans lequel je pourrais m'investir durant mon temps libre (lors de mes soirées à l'hôtel par exemple).
